Privacy

To compute a chart we need a birth date, a birth time and a birth place. If you buy a report or an API plan we also hold the account details and billing records that requires. We do not ask for, and do not want, anything else.

Birth data is used to compute your chart and produce what you asked for. Account and billing data is used to run your account. That is the whole list.

We do not sell birth data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use identifiable customer data to train models without explicit, separate consent — and consent given for one purpose is not treated as consent for another.

Birth data sent to the API is processed to answer the request. API keys are never written to logs, in any environment, including debug builds.

Drishti is strictly multi-tenant. A practitioner’s clients, charts and notes are visible to that practitioner alone and are never pooled across practices.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will act on it.
